Octagos was founded by Shanti Bansal, MD, a practicing Cardiac Electrophysiologist and passionate innovator. With extensive experience managing the complexities of cardiac remote monitoring, Dr. Bansal recognized the significant burden clinicians face: navigating overwhelming data, inefficient reporting processes, and cumbersome technology that detracts from patient care.
Motivated to create a solution, Dr. Bansal established Octagos to provide physicians with cutting-edge tools designed to enhance efficiency, reduce workload, and prioritize patient outcomes. His vision was to simplify cardiac care while maintaining the clinical precision and integrity that physicians demand.
Today, Octagos reflects this vision, combining clinical expertise and advanced technology to empower providers and shape the future of cardiac care.

As Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Octagos, Haley Chute leads product, marketing, and sales enablement – driving sustained growth, market leadership, and commercial excellence. She oversees the full commercialization lifecycle, from product strategy and development through go-to-market execution, brand positioning, and demand acceleration.
A results-driven healthcare executive, Haley builds and scales high-performing teams that align product, commercial, and technical functions – ensuring differentiated value propositions, clear market fit, and measurable business impact. Her leadership is defined by strategic clarity, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on execution that moves the needle.
Haley has held executive and strategic leadership roles at PaceMate, Sevita, PKG Health, CardioFocus, PrepMD, and Abbott. Her track record includes leading digital transformation initiatives, brand reinventions, and high-impact programs that advance sales enablement and customer adoption.
She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and previously CCDS, CEPS, and Product Management certifications.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys skiing, travel, and equestrian pursuits with her husband and three children.


Dr. Ilyas Colombowala is currently in the private practice of cardiac electrophysiology in Houston, TX. He has academic appointments at Baylor College of Medicine (Clinical Assistant Professor) and the Texas Heart Institute. He is also the Chief Medical and Compliance Officer at Octagos.
He was previously the Chairman of the Department of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho (04/2017 - 09/2022), where he was also Co-Director of Cardiac Arrhythmia Services and Director of Device Based Arrhythmia Management and Remote Monitoring.
Other past roles include Director of Electrophysiology at Kalispell Regional Medical Center (08/2011 - 08/2015), and Electrophysiologist at Texas Heart Institute (07/2009 - 07/2011). He trained at Baylor College of Medicine and the Texas Heart Institute. He has published and lectured nationally and internationally on a range of topics including stroke and sudden death prevention, cardiac ablation, and artificial intelligence in cardiac medicine.
He passionately supports leveraging of digital health hardware and software help patients live healthier lives.
Outside of work, Dr. Colombowala enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, skiing, hiking, and fly fishing.


As Chief Commercial Officer of Octagos, Chris Delgado drives the company’s growth strategy, ensuring market expansion, commercial scalability, and strong customer engagement. With over 20 years of experience in cardiology sales and leadership, he has a proven track record in scaling businesses, building high-performing teams, and expanding market presence.
Before joining Octagos, Chris served as Chief Growth Officer at Atria Health, where he played a pivotal role in reshaping care delivery through physician-led initiatives. His career includes leadership positions at Biotronik, Abbott, and Boston Scientific, as well as experience in private equity and medical device startups.
Based in Miami, Chris enjoys diving and spending time on the ocean with his wife and son.


Lohith Kumar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Octagos, based in Houston, Texas. With a strong background in healthcare technology and IT leadership, he plays a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing IT infrastructure, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
As a strategic leader, Lohith specializes in healthcare IT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and data analytics, ensuring that Octagos remains at the forefront of technological advancements. His expertise in system integration, compliance, and scalability has been instrumental in streamlining processes and improving overall system performance.
Committed to innovation and excellence, Lohith is passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
Outside of work, Lohith leads an active lifestyle, enjoying cycling, tennis, and cricket, as well as discovering new travel destinations. A family man, he cherishes time spent with his two children, family, and friends.


As Chief Financial Officer of Octagos, Harpreet Marwaha oversees financial strategy and operations, ensuring the company’s long-term stability and fiscal discipline. With a strong background in finance, operations, and product strategy, he has played a key role in building and structuring businesses across multiple industries.
Before joining Octagos, Harpreet held leadership roles as Head of Product and Chief Operating Officer, where he specialized in early-stage business development, financial planning, and cross-functional team leadership. He also worked as a consultant at Bain & Company, advising organizations on strategic and operational initiatives.
Harpreet holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois. In his spare time, he produces music and has been signed by a record label.


Since its founding, Eric Olsen has led strategic planning, sales, and operations while playing a key role in product development and finance, helping establish Octagos as an industry leader.
Before Octagos, Eric held leadership roles at Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories (formerly St. Jude Medical), and CardioFocus as well as serving as a US Army Officer. His track record of success in commercialization and healthcare technology continues to drive Octagos’ growth and innovation.
Eric earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Engineering Management from Penn State, and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy. He also holds certifications as a Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS), Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS), Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist (CDRMS) through IBHRE, and Cardiographic Technician (CCT) through CCI.
As a letterman on the Army football team, Eric brings the same discipline and teamwork to AI-driven healthcare innovation. He is married with two boys and enjoys anything outdoors and board sports with his family.



Sybil Arechiga is the Senior Manager of Onboarding and Customer Experience at Octagos, where she plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new clients. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she leads the onboarding team, oversees key performance goals, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize the client experience. With a strong background in international business and customer success, she is dedicated to providing high-quality post-Go-Live support and helping clients maximize the value of their technology.
With extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, higher education, and global business strategy, Sybil has worked in leadership roles across Mexico, the U.S., and beyond. Before joining Octagos, she led global student recruitment and executive education initiatives, managed corporate training programs, and worked with multinational organizations on business and sustainability initiatives.
She holds a Master’s in Business Economics with a specialization in International Business and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Anahuac University in Mexico City. Sybil loves the beach and called Cancun home for nearly a decade. A music lover, she and her husband enjoy traveling to concerts, exploring everything from rock and jazz to electronic music.


A.J. Beyer is the Senior Director of Integrations at Octagos, where he leads the company’s interoperability strategy and integration initiatives. He oversees the development and optimization of integrations between Octagos, EHR systems, device manufacturers, and third-party healthcare technology platforms, helping healthcare providers seamlessly connect technology to clinical workflows.
With more than 15 years of experience in cardiovascular healthcare technology, A.J. has led integration and interoperability programs focused on clinical data exchange, digital health innovation, and EHR connectivity. His expertise includes HL7, FHIR, APIs, Epic Cupid, and cardiovascular information systems, with extensive experience supporting cardiology, remote patient monitoring, and diagnostic workflows.
Outside of work, A.J. enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and five children and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.


As Senior Vice President of Finance at Octagos, Sameer Chadha oversees the company's finance, accounting, compliance, and strategic planning functions. He is responsible for driving financial excellence, strengthening operational processes, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
With extensive experience across financial management, corporate governance, budgeting, forecasting, and international reporting, Sameer has played a key role in building scalable finance functions and supporting high-growth organizations. He works closely with leadership teams to ensure strong financial controls, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Sameer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, USA), a Chartered Accountant (India), and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (IFRS). His expertise spans U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and business strategy. He is passionate about developing high-performing teams and building finance organizations that enable sustainable growth.


Madison Dyson is the Director of Human Resources at Octagos, where she leads the company’s HR strategy to support business growth and operational excellence. Madison oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance, ensuring a strong and engaged workforce.
With a career spanning over a decade in human resources, Madison has held senior roles at major corporations, including ExxonMobil, Worley, and Jacobs. She has extensive experience in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and change management, helping businesses align HR initiatives with their overall strategic goals.
Madison holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HR Houston. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and has visited all seven continents.


Kendall Rinkenberger is the Director of Customer Success at Octagos, where she ensures a seamless client experience from onboarding to long-term engagement. With a passion for remote monitoring, she specializes in post-sale consulting, product implementation, and customer retention strategies, helping healthcare providers maximize the value of their technology solutions.
Kendall brings over two decades of experience in the cardiac monitoring and healthcare technology space. Prior to joining Octagos, she held leadership roles at Philips and Geneva Health Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in driving customer adoption, refining product roadmaps, and leading customer success initiatives. Her background also includes founding and scaling a remote monitoring service that was successfully acquired, demonstrating her deep expertise in both the clinical and business aspects of the industry.
When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys life on her 150-year-old farm, where she cares for six rescued miniature horses and a variety of other animals.


Tom Scott serves as Director of Clinical & AI Strategy at Octagos, where he leads the team in advancing the intersection of cardiac care and intelligent technology. With 14 years of experience in cardiac remote monitoring, Tom brings deep expertise across all major device vendors and acomprehensive understanding of the clinical workflows that keep patients safe.
Tom is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the quality and reliability of remote patient care — from refining AI-driven alert logic to developing quality assurance programs that uphold the highest standards of clinical review. He is committed to building systems and teams that ensure every transmission is handled with precision, accountability, and a patient-first mindset.


Ana is a healthcare operations leader with deep expertise in remote cardiac monitoring and clinical team management. As Manager of Clinical Excellence at Octagos, she oversees two specialized reader teams — device and loop — supporting a portfolio of morethan 250 full-service cardiology clinics nationwide. Ana combines a strong clinical foundation with a data-driven approach to operations, leading initiatives in SLA compliance, reader productivity, staffing capacity planning, and quality assurance.
She is passionate about building high-performing teams and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes in cardiac care. Known for her analytical mindset and hands-on leadership style, Ana plays a central role in scaling Octagos clinical operations to meet growing demand.


As Director of Product Management at Octagos, Divya Vepakomma leads product strategy and execution for the company's remote cardiac monitoring platform, partnering across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that improve provider workflows and advance patient care.
With more than 15 years of technology experience, including over six years in product management, Divya has built products across healthcare, aviation, telecommunications, and enterprise software. Her career began in engineering and business analysis, giving her a strong technical foundation that she combines with strategic product leadership to transform complex customer challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions.
Throughout her career, Divya has led both new product development and the evolution of mature SaaS platforms, delivering web, mobile, and AI-enabled solutions in highly regulated environments. She is passionate about understanding customer needs, translating them into clear product strategies, and building empowered, high-performing teams that consistently deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Before joining Octagos, Divya held product leadership roles at UWorld, Florence Healthcare, Delta Air Lines, AT&T, and IBM, where she launched innovative products, improved operational efficiency, and led cross-functional initiatives spanning product strategy, platform modernization, and digital transformation.
Outside of work, Divya enjoys oil painting and experimenting with different artistic techniques and materials. She appreciates the creative process of exploring new mediumsand perspectives, a curiosity that also shapes her approach to product innovation.


Sheldon Witt serves as the Manager of Patient Engagement at Octagos, where he leads the team guiding patients through their full journey — from enrollment and onboarding throughlong-term adherence, satisfaction, and retention. Overseeing patient outreach, phone support, and clinic communications, he ensures patients stay informed, supported, and empowered at every stage of their care while helping drive strong clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Sheldon brings six years of experience in patient engagement, paired with a decade in the service industry as restaurant waitstaff. That background instilled in him a genuine passionfor delivering a positive, stress-free experience for the people he serves — a philosophy he carries into every aspect of Octagos' patient-facing operations, from initial activation through ongoing engagement.
Sheldon lives in Dallas, Texas, with his wife of two years, their black lab, and their tuxedo cat. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, trivia nights, and karaoke, and can often be found playing music as a drummer and guitarist.


Claire Davis Connell is the Director of Marketing at Octagos, where she drives the company's marketing strategy and brand growth. With a storyteller's approach honed early in her career as a news reporter and anchor, she specializes in brand building, promotion, and lead generation, helping position Octagos as a leader in cardiac remote monitoring.
Claire brings more than a decade of marketing experience across healthcare and HR technology, with a track record of driving year-over-year growth in lead generation and brand visibility. A two-time MarCom Award winner, she pairs creative instinct with a sharp focus on measurable results and pipeline impact.
Outside of work, Claire's world revolves around her husband, daughter KK, and their dog Popcorn. A creative at heart, she loves crafting and interior design and never says no to a good crime documentary.


Shane Foley brings over 30 years of experience in medical device sales and sales leadership, specializing in Cardiac Rhythm Management, vascular robotics, interventional cardiology, and structural heart technologies. As Vice President of Business Development at Octagos, Shane drives strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, leveraging his deep industry expertise to expand the company's presence in digital health.
Before joining Octagos, Shane held leadership roles at Medtronic, Corindus Vascular Robotics, and BIOTRONIK, where he successfully led teams, developed strategic contracting initiatives, and implemented market development programs that drove significant revenue growth. His career began in sales with Kimberly-Clark and progressed through various leadership positions in the medical device field, where he consistently built high-performing teams and fostered strong physician and health system relationships.
Shane earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College. Based in the Boston area, he enjoys spending time outdoors and skiing.


Vince Holcomb is Vice President of Commercial Operations at Octagos, bringing a unique blend of clinical and industry experience. He began his career as a registered nurse in New Orleans before transitioning into medical device sales, spending five years as a CRM representative for Medtronic in Houston.
Since joining Octagos, Vince has played a key role in aligning commercial strategy with operational execution. He is currently pursuing an MBA and holds a B.S. in Nursing from Louisiana State University.


Jeremy Lubben supports commercial strategy, market development, health economics, and sales enablement for Octagos’ AI-powered cardiac remote monitoring platform. He brings extensive experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, financial modeling, and enterprise sales, having held marketing and commercial leadership roles at Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics and Geneva Health Solutions, following 15 years in cardiac device sales at Medtronic.
Jeremy holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and is an HRS/IBHRE Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS)


Jadan Meaux is Senior Director of Commercial Strategy and Operations, where he leads initiatives focused on commercial growth, operational execution, strategic process optimization, and aligning product development with evolving market expectations. An Army veteran, he brings extensive leadership experience and a strong background in healthcare, including his previous role as a Diagnostics Territory Manager at Medtronic in Houston, TX.
Jadan is known for his detail-oriented approach, operational discipline, and ability to align cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and growth. He is currently an MBA candidate at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.


As Vice President of Sales - West at Octagos, Bryan Osborn leads sales strategy, team development, and revenue growth across the western United States. Passionate about creating value for customers, patients, and stakeholders, Bryan is dedicated to driving adoption of Octagos advanced cardiac monitoring platform. He collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for providers and patients alike.
Bryan brings more than a decade of sales leadership experience in the medical device and data industry. Prior to joining Octagos, he served as a Regional Sales Director at Abbott and a Sales Representative at Boston Scientific, where he built a strong track record of success in cardiac rhythm management and healthcare technology.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Managerial Economics from the University of Utah. Outside of work, you’ll find him skiing, trail running, hiking, and cheering on his kids at their sporting events.


Mitchell PeGan is a strategic healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in medical device sales, commercial leadership, and go-to-market execution. As Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Partnerships at Octagos, he leads enterprise partnerships and growth initiatives with health systems, IDNs, GPOs, and industry collaborators, helping to expand access to innovative remote cardiac monitoring solutions.
Before joining Octagos, Mitchell served in multiple leadership roles at BIOTRONIK, where he led national sales teams, drove significant market expansion, and helped scale adoption across the cardiovascular and electrophysiology space. His career is marked by a customer-centered approach, building trusted partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and executing strategic initiatives that elevate performance across complex healthcare ecosystems.
Mitchell earned his B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Leadership Program in Health Sector at Duke University. He is certified by the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners and is a graduate of the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute.
